Some urban sketching I have been doing lately-just pics and sketches

This is just a gallery of pictures and sketches of where I have been lately, sketching around London. All sketches have been done in my A4 sketchbook. Happy viewing!

You can check this link on urban sketchers for the full gist of the sketch experience.

That fellow on the stoop is nice. I bet he would make a good Rembrandt study.

I love the sketch of the older man. Do you bring your own chair with you?

Hi,
I really liked your sketches around London. Especially the third one. The whole perspective has come out beautifully. And yes, the guy would make a good Rembrandt study!
I've been following your blog for some time and I love your work. Thanks!

Those are really good as usual but, as a portrait, I specially like the first one.
His he a homeless man?

Thanks Mark, you are right!
Sheila I didn't bring my own chair with me, there was restuarant/pub near where he sat and it had chairs outside so I pulled one aside for use.
Thanks Kaushal!
Thanks Woomie O, Dominique and Annie!
Thanks AC, yes he was a homeless man.

Interesting sketch of the elderly man. How was your conversation with him?

After looking at your site I really like your sketches.
