ADEBANJI VISITS BRISTOL ROYAL HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN (THE ONE SHOW, BBC One)

This is for my international audience and those who might have missed this last night when it was aired on The One Show. It’s all about my visit to the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children to meet two amazing children and find out what they felt like being in Hospital in the lead up to Christmas.

I met Kate, who is currently recovering from a bone marrow transplant on Starlight Ward, and I found out all about how she and her twin sister, Anna, still manage to share the joys of Christmas, despite not being able to be in the same room as one another at the moment.

I also met Abbie, who was having one of her routine stays on Apollo Ward as part of her cystic fibrosis treatment. Abbie has to come into hospital for two weeks every three months, and in the past she's been in hospital right up until Christmas Eve!
A big thanks goes out to the amazing One Tribe film crew and the fantastic staff at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, they really made the day a pleasure and a joy!
